The Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival has been running for 64 years and usually lasts for 10 days. It is a celebration of tradition and culture showcasing arts and music.

The parade is typically held at the end of the event. This year, it kicked off at 11am on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Enthusiastic spectators lined the streets and gave the Tian Guo Marching Band a warm welcome, applauding as they played. One man exclaimed, “A marching band! Thanks for coming!”
