The Latin American Festival was held in the outdoor square of Toronto City Hall on July 29, 2007. The festivities included traditional music, dancing and delicious food.

The Tian Guo Marching Band of Canada was invited to perform. At around 8:00 P.M., approximately twenty-five chamber band members played four songs on stage. The audience seemed captivated during the performance and gave an enthusiastic response.
